Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, slightly chopped
  • 1/2 cup oregano, slightly chopped

Instructions

  • Toss herbs into olive oil and cook over low/medium heat
  • Add garlic paste and stir
  • Add parmesan cheese as the herbs start to get crispy
  • When the garlic and parmesan get crispy and the herbs turn a dark green and turn crispy, take off heat and use in your sauce or dish you are creating
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Notes

I used garlic salt and black pepper but you can also use season salt and white pepper
