Ingredients

garlic paste

olive oil

parmesan cheese

sprigs
rosemary

fresh parsley, slightly chopped
1/2
cup
oregano, slightly chopped
Instructions
Toss herbs into olive oil and cook over low/medium heat
Add garlic paste and stir
Add parmesan cheese as the herbs start to get crispy
When the garlic and parmesan get crispy and the herbs turn a dark green and turn crispy, take off heat and use in your sauce or dish you are creating
Salt and pepper to taste
Notes
I used garlic salt and black pepper but you can also use season salt and white pepper
