Sun Dried Tomato Vodka Cream Sauce
A creamy, cheesy, tomato base with a vodka Alfredo pink sauce!

Ingredients

olive oil

sweet onion

cloves
garlic, minced

red pepper flakes

dried oregano

Vodka

28 oz cans whole tomatoes

sun dried tomatoes (drained)

heavy cream

grated parmesan cheese

penne pasta

Vodka Sauce by Classico
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Dice onion and Saute in olive oil
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
Add seasonings and stir for a few minutes
Add whole tomatoes and drained sun dried tomatoes
Add vodka and let cook down breaking up tomatoes as you stir
Use Immersion blender and blend well
Add 1 jar of Vodka Cream Sauce from Classico and stir
Add heavy cream and cheese and let simmer on low heat
Boil penne or pasta of your chose, drain, serve with sauce and top with more shredded parmesan cheese
Notes
This recipe makes a large pot of sauce. Store leftovers in an air tight container and freeze.
