Melt chocolate in microwave at 30 second intervals stirring to make sure all morsels are melted
Dip potato chip in chocolate and lay on a piece of wax paper
After chocolate has hardened, decorate your chips with icing and sugar crystals (I used crystals just to give some shimmer and for an extra sugary taste)
Once chocolate is completely hardened on chip, transfer to dish. They will keep for 2 - 3 days depending on how you store them.
