Ingredients

Blackberries

  • 3 containers of fresh blackberries
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Icing

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 cup International Delight Sweet Cream Creamer

Phyllo Dough

  • 1 package phyllo dough, softened
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Blackberries

  • Mix sugar and blackberries together and set aside

Icing

  • Whip cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and creamer together and set aside

Phyllo Dough

  • Spread phyllo dough out and cut into 3 large pieces
  • Layer on blackberries and roll up with seam down
  • Melt butter and Baste top with butter
  • Bake according to instructions on the box

Prepare

  • When the Blackberry Delights come out of the oven, add icing and serve hot!
