Slice sausage and cook in a cast iron skillet with hot pepper flakes on both sides until middle is done and outer edges are crispy. Remove from skillet
Cut up peppers and onions and sauté in same cast iron skillet with garlic salt and pepper until softened and slightly charred. Remove from skillet
Add butter to skillet and cook egg on both sides until outer edges are crispy and middle is jiggly
