White Chocolate Dipped Chips

Equipment

  • 1 bowl to melt icing
  • 1 spoon to stir icing

Ingredients

  • 1 small bag of Cape Code potato chips
  • 1 8 oz bag of white chocolate morsels
  • 3 Betty Crocker icing packets in red, white, and blue

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate in microwave at 30 second intervals stirring to make sure all morsels are melted
  • Dip potato chip in chocolate and lay on a piece of wax paper
  • After chocolate has hardened, decorate your chips with icing and sugar crystals (I used crystals just to give some shimmer and for an extra sugary taste)
  • Once chocolate is completely hardened on chip, transfer to dish. They will keep for 2 - 3 days depending on how you store them.
