Wash potatoes and boil for 5 minutes
Microwave potatoes 4 minutes
Lay on a sheet of aluminum foil and smash potatoes with the bottom of a glass or smasher
Season with olive oil, herbs, Montreal seasoning, salt, garlic butter (leave some for basting later)
Cook on grill on both sides until crispy or almost crispy depending on how you like your potatoes
Remove from heat and baste with garlic butter
Serve as a side with steak and veggie
