Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
If you are using frozen shrimp, de-thaw shrimp and pat dry. You don't want any moisture left on your shrimp
Cut your pound of bacon in half. Wrap each shrimp with a piece of bacon and lay face down on baking sheet
In a small bowl, mix bourbon, honey, butter, seasonings together
Dip each shrimp in your glaze and place back on baking sheet. Spoon any remaining glaze on to the shrimp
Cover in aluminum foil and bake for approximately 20 minutes depending on your oven
