Ingredients

8 oz
jar of Sun-Dried Tomatoes
I did not cut or dice them. I simply just dumped them in the bowl along with the oil from the jar

fresh cloves of garlic, minced

small shallot, minced

cup
olive oil
1/2
tsp
garlic salt

tsp
dried oregano
1
tsp
dried thyme
1
tsp
regular paprika
You can also used smoked if you like

tsp
chili flakes
1
tbsp
parmesan cheese
1
tbsp
fresh cut basil
I rolled up the basil and sliced into strips
Instructions
Mince the garlic and shallot
Dump 8 oz of sun dried tomatoes in bowl
Mix all ingredients together
Serve at room temperature
