Hello! My name is Earl I am 3 years old and I’m a big loving hound dog. The staff here at the shelter tell me that I’m just the sweetest big ol’ baby there is. The staff has let me play with other dogs here at the shelter and pending a meet and greet with the appropriate dog, I might actually enjoy a dog friend at home. I cannot go home with cats.  I would require an adult home only family with hound experience and also a family that is active and able to spend time with me on walks that would allow for time to sniff and explore. Keeping me entertained with different forms of enrichment is so fun to me and also important for hound type breeds.  I’m a very smart guy who shows alot of willingness to learn, so continued training would be best to help me learn my place in the home. 
 
The Adoption Fee Includes:
– initial canine distemper combination vaccination
– first worming or stool check
– rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age)
– AVID microchipping
– flea treatment/preventative
– spaying or neutering
 
Adoption fee: $115.00
Per state law, Beaver County Residents must purchase a non-refundable 2017 dog license at time of adoption for any canine three months and older. The cost of the license is $7.00. (Senior Citizen or Person with Disability-$5.00)
