One sure way to travel with your pet
Did you know that Pittsburgh, PA has been ranked #7 as a foodie destination? I’ve been watching the transition over the years and the addition of many delicious restaurants which Thomas and I have had the pleasure of trying. Now that we have Jake and Maggie, I’m also searching for dining that will allow us to bring our two monsters! I just came across a site…BringFido at www.bringfido.com and was pleasantly surprised at how many restaurants in Pittsburgh that allow you to bring your pet. Not only can you find restaurants on this site but also hotels, activities, and more all be pup approved. All you have to do is type in your destination and hit the “FETCH” button.
BringFido, created over 12 years ago by founder and CEO, Melissa Halliburton, is the world’s leading pet travel and lifestyle brand. Their website and mobile apps connect millions of pet owners around the globe with more than 250,000 pet friendly places. Planning a dog-friendly road trip is a breeze using BringFido’s database of pup-approved restaurants, dog parks, hiking trails and shopping destinations. Pet parents can feel assured BringFido’s directory of licensed veterinarians, sitters, and groomers is just a tap away.
Check out my last few posts on places to take your dog. Thomas and I have slowly started traveling with Jake and Maggie and are sharing our experiences with you as we go!
