Mini Tuna Bites
Happy “Friday Treats Friday” everyone! This week flew by and here we are! I was so excited to post this recipe because I made a promise that I would include more cat related posts and when I found this one on Chewy.com, I knew I had to make it for you all! I changed it just a bit along with the name and will give you both recipes. These Mini Tuna Bites are super simple to make and super healthy for your cat. When I was making these treats, Jake and Maggie were dancing around my legs, tails wagging and hoping for a bite. Tuna, in small portions, is not toxic to dogs. Just make sure you buy the tuna packed in water and not oil. I gave them a little taste and boy did they LOVE these mini bites. But, I promised my sister that I would make these and give them to her for her three adorable cats, Wilbur, Binky, and Piggy! See my Three Sweet Cats post (HERE) containing great information for experienced and non-experience cat owners.
Wilbur, Binky, and Piggy were not very excited about these treats but Jake and Maggie loved them. I also have to make a correction on my last week’s post, Steak, Broccoli, and Whole Wheat Pasta (HERE) when I said the pups loved broccoli. It turns out that they love to PLAY with broccoli but not EAT it! But there was no stopping them from devouring the meat and pasta :-).
