Spaghetti Cups

I first filled the bottom about half an inch high with fettuccini sauce, piled it high with angel hair pasta, added my marinara and then topped with a slice of heavenly fresh mozzarella cheese. It went into the oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and then broiled on high for 2 minutes. Add more cheese by sprinkling some grated parmesan and you have created another dinner from your previous nights leftovers! Great for lunches as well and the perfect size for someone not wanting to over do it.
Enjoy!

You are so welcome! Let me know if you make this and how it turned out! Another option would be to mix the pasta and sauce together before adding to the cupcake pan but I chose to do the ingredients separate.
