Blackberry Delight
Happy Monday everyone!! I wanted to kick off the week with this delicious, buttery, sweet Blackberry Delight stuffed with fresh blackberries and baked until the phyllo dough turned golden brown with a light crisp in each bite!
I sent Thomas to the store for me to get fruit asking specifically for blackberries and boy did he deliver! I got several containers (more than what I needed) and asked if it was a hint to make a blackberry pie. It was :-). But instead of a pie, I decided to use up the phyllo dough I had and make these Blackberry Delights! They were tested and are husband approved! Or Mr. TAL I should say :-).
