Blueberry Banana Almond Flour Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Almond Flour (I used unbalanced)
- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil (I used unrefined organic virgin coconut oil)
Mash the blueberries and banana together first.
Whisk all ingredients together.
Fill your molds or cutters with mixture and bake.
Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
This recipe is super easy and fast and I think the little pumpkin face design is so cute as a Halloween doggie treat! Wrapped up in a decorative bag with pumpkin ribbon would make for a cute doggie gift :-).
Enjoy and let me know if you try these and how they turned out!

Mine didn’t harden up
But they tasted good.
Hi Lisa,
Thanks so much for trying the treats and commenting. The consistency of the treats will be more sponge like instead of a hard cookie. If that bothers you, try using only a tablespoon of the water or none at all. See how that turns out for you if you try them again.
Can you dehydrate to harden
Although I have never tried dehydrating them, I’m sure you can. You can do one of two things…make the recipe as is including the bake time and then dehydrate or make the recipe and put directly into the dehydrator. These two ways would create a cookie like treat for your pups! If you try this, I would love to hear how they turn out. Thank you for your question and comment. Bobbi Jo
