Caramelized Peaches With Caramel Sauce And Cream Cheese Topping
Ingredients
Grilled Peaches
- 4 tbsp salted butter
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 6 peaches, ripe
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Caramel Sauce
- 1 stick salted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup International Delight Caramel Macchiato
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Cream Cheese Topping
- 1 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup confectioner sugar
- 1/2 cup International Delight Caramel Macchiato
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Grilled Peaches
- Combine cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar together in a small bowl
- Wash, cut, slice, and de-pit the peaches
- Dip peaches in the spice mixture and lay in pan with butter
- Cook until peaches are covered and caramelized but not mushy
Caramel Sauce
- Combine butter and brown sugar in pan and stir until all melted together
- Add brown sugar, cream, vanilla, and salt and stir until bubbling but not burnt over medium heat
Cream Cheese Topping
- Combine cream cheese, confectioner sugar, creamer, and vanilla together with mixer until creamy
- Layer your peaches with sauce and cream cheese and serve warm
