Frankie is FANTASTIC and the biggest sweetheart.  If you’re looking for a laid back lap cat, she is your gal.  She is described as being playful, talkative, and super affectionate.  She would do best in a home with older children as she can scare easily.  Frankie has never been around other pets but could potentially do well in a multi-cat household.  She loves attention and can get lonely, so she prefers her owners being home all day.  She has some health issues that would require visits to a personal veterinarian.  Please ask the staff about her medical conditions to see if you can help her.
