This is a re-post.  I love this post because it is not only so delicious, it is so festive and perfect for this time of year.  This recipe is incredibly easy to make.  Please enjoy and I hope you love it.  Don’t forget to comment below and let me know!

Happy Wednesday everyone!  It’s Pumpkin Spice Latte time!  Are you enjoying this fall season like I am?  The weather has been beautiful and the dogs love playing in the leaves.  I’m not sure what it is, but when fall hits, I love burning candles, pumpkin pie and lattes!  I created this Pumpkin Spice Latte for you to enjoy on a chilly fall morning.  It is super easy and delicious.  My cousin gave me the thumbs up and Thomas loves it.  This recipe is family and husband taste tested and approved!

Not only do I love everything about this time of year, I love drinking coffee out of a BIG mug!  Look at this gorgeous very large pumpkin pattern mug I bought last year via Walmart.com.  The tablecloth came from Home Goods and the ceramic pumpkin candle holders and figurines were from purchases I made over the years at Hobby Lobby and Kirklands.

I had family over on Saturday and set the table with a fall theme.  This dish set from Walmart.com was perfect because it not only was the perfect size dishes, I was able to mix and match them with another set from Walmart.com that came with these large mugs for my Pumpkin Spice Latte recipe.  Staying true to the holiday theme, I put out a jar of Pecan Pumpkin Butter I bought from Sugarcreek, Ohio with crackers.  Let me tell you guys, it was delicious.  It was so good that it gave me an idea!  The light went off in my head…why not use my mother’s banana bread recipe, change it up a bit and add the Pecan Pumpkin Butter and chocolate chips!!!  You guys…as soon as my double ovens are delivered on the 20th (they broke last month), I’ll be making that recipe to share with you!!  I promise!
To make this recipe even better, buy your coffee from Puppy Paws Coffee Co (@puppypawscoffeeco).  They have the best coffee in the world and every cup supports a pup!!!  See my blog post (HERE) or check out my store and this post (HERE).

Course: Drinks
Cuisine: American
Keyword: Pumpkin spice, nutmeg, cinnamon
Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 2 large scoops columbian coffee
  • 10 cups water
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin pie spice coffee creamer
  • cinnamon to sprinkle on top
  • whip cream

Instructions

  • Make coffee in your coffee maker
  • In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, allspice, nutmeg together and stir
  • Add pumpkin pie spice creamer and mix well
  • Fill two large coffee mugs and pour creamer mixture into your coffee. I used 2 tablespoons for each cup.
  • Add whipped cream on top and dust with cinnamon

Notes

I made 10 cups of coffee because I wanted more just incase someone wanted another cup.
This recipe makes more creamer than for just 2 large mugs.
You can save the creamer for the next day or use more than 2 tablespoons in your mug.
Note:  You can mix two different coffee grounds together.  For example:  1 scoop columbian from Kroger and 1 scoop caramel from Dunkin Donuts.  Also, if you are having a party, you can keep warm in a crockpot over low heat for your guests to drink as they please.
Enjoy!
