Fried Ice Cream





Fried Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 qrt French Vanilla Ice Cream
- 5 cups corn flakes
- 8 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 container Sarris Chocolate melt
- 4 tbsp cool whip
- 2/3 cup International Delight Sweet Cream Creamer
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup confectioner sugar
- 2 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
Fried Ice Cream
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Divide 1 qt ice cream into 2 sections
- Roll sections into two ice cream balls
- Set in freezer for approximately 30 minutes
- On medium heat, melt butter and add in cornflakes to coat
- Combine sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon and add to cornflakes making sure flakes are coated, golden brown, and crispy
- Remove cornflakes from heat and place on a paper towel to remove any extra butter
- Let cool
Homemade Whipped Cream
- Blend whipped cream, creamer, vanilla, and sugar together. Refrigerate until ready to use
Making The Fried Ice Cream
- Roll ice cream balls into cornflakes
- Place in your favorite dish and top with chocolate, honey, whipped cream, and more cornflakes if you like
