- 1 cup brown sugar I used light brown sugar
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 stick butter, salted
- 1/2 cup International Delight Sweet Cream Creamer
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- Melt butter, brown sugar, creamer, and vanilla together in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Let mixture start to boil.
- Slice bananas and add to the pan while syrup is boiling. Stir for a minute or two and remove from heat. Serve at room temperature.
