Irish Coffee



Trying to dress Jake And Maggie up for St. Patrick's Day
As you can see, it wasn’t going well. LOL.




Irish coffee
Ingredients
- 2 cups coffee, brewed
- 3 oz Irish cream
- 2 pinches brown sugar Or add more if you like
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
Whipped cream
- Pour heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl. Add granulated sugar.
- Whip vigorously until soft peaks form.
- Refrigerate while you make coffee.
Irish coffee
- Brew your favorite coffee but make sure it is made very strong
- Divide Bailey's Irish cream between the two mugs
- Pour hot coffee and stir
- Spoon whipped cream over top of each mug to your liking
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top or add to your coffee and stir
