Happy Birthday Jake and Maggie
Today is Jake and Maggie's first birthday! I can't believe it's been one year already!!! We made homemade peanut butter, banana, and oatmeal treats (recipe below) for their birthday party tomorrow. I'm crossing my fingers the weather holds out so we can pull out their baby pool for swim time and everyone can eat out on the patio and enjoy nice weather. The pups will love running around the...
FROMM Pet Food
If you read my last post regarding my trip to #Treats-Unleashed, you might be interested in hearing about #FROMM pet food. I'm looking for a holistic dog food for the pups and when Brandon, my sales guy, highly recommended this brand and why, I started listening. He gave me several samples to try and when I mixed those in with their current food, Jake and Maggie seemed to devour their...
Boredom No More
Jake and Maggie are now 11 months old and have learned so much in their short little lives. They are incredibly smart and have picked up all of their commands at Casey Ray's STL Dog Training in Wildwood, MO very quickly. Our trainer and owner, Shelly, used her little puppy Buttercup during one of our lessons to show the pups how to pay attention to mama and not the dog. This was a lesson on...

Two days after arriving home from...

All Kinds of Doggie Love
If your an animal lover like me, you know that they have so much love to give but I've talked to people who want only a full blood and would never step foot in a shelter. Their argument is that these animals are "no good" which makes me crazy to hear that. Honestly, I have never minded one way or the other. My family and I have had animals all our lives from horses, cows, and ducks to stray dogs...
